Vegan Garlic Dip

  • ½ cup vegan mayo
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Put mayo, garlic, almond milk, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in blender or food processor. Pulse until combined. Add chopped dill and adjust salt and pepper as necessary.

  2. Serve with fresh vegetables or as a sandwich spread.
