  • ½ cup vegan mayo
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Put mayo, garlic, almond milk, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in blender or food processor. Pulse until combined. Add chopped dill and adjust salt and pepper as necessary.
  • Serve with fresh vegetables or as a sandwich spread.
