Vegan Garlic Dip
- ½ cup vegan mayo
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Put mayo, garlic, almond milk, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in blender or food processor. Pulse until combined. Add chopped dill and adjust salt and pepper as necessary.
- Serve with fresh vegetables or as a sandwich spread.
