
No Bake Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup nut butter recommend Nuttzo Nut Butter
- 1/8 cup honey
- 2 scoops (about 50–60 grams) chocolate protein powder Recommend Naked Whey vanilla (grass fed whey) or Health Warrior vanilla(vegan pea protein
- 2 tbsp raw cacao
- 3 tbsp unsweetened toasted coconut
Instructions
- Combine old fashioned rolled oats, nut butter, honey, chocolate protein powder, raw cacao and unsweetened coconut in large bowl or stand mixer.
- Mix until well combined. May add additional nut butter to achieve desired consistency.
- Roll mixture by hand to form 1-inch balls.
- Place on cookie sheet and freeze for one hour.
- Remove from freezer and place in glass storage with tight locking lid. Store in freezer up to 3 months for best results.
