No Bake Protein Bites

  • 1 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup nut butter (recommend Nuttzo Nut Butter)
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 2 scoops (about 50–60 grams) chocolate protein powder (Recommend Naked Whey vanilla (grass fed whey) or Health Warrior vanilla(vegan pea protein)
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened toasted coconut
  1. Combine old fashioned rolled oats, nut butter, honey, chocolate protein powder, raw cacao and unsweetened coconut in large bowl or stand mixer.

  2. Mix until well combined. May add additional nut butter to achieve desired consistency.

  3. Roll mixture by hand to form 1-inch balls.

  4. Place on cookie sheet and freeze for one hour.

  5. Remove from freezer and place in glass storage with tight locking lid. Store in freezer up to 3 months for best results.

Tastes best icy cold!
