Dr. Julie Hinman is a family nurse practitioner, mother of two, business owner, and entrepreneur who knows that changing our health and the health of our communities begins with the foods we eat and the simple ways we move our bodies.

She uses nutrition and exercise as the foundations of her programs and courses and believes passionately in wellness and health optimization. She is a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine, Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and earned both Master’s of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from The University of Arizona, Tucson.
